ABOUT SLOPESIDE CONSULTING
Slopeside Consulting is a boutique professional consulting business with a personal approach, offering expert advice and strategic guidance to help our clients achieve their business goals. Our team is located in Boston, MA; Woodstock, VT; and Cape Cod, but we provide services nationally. Our founder and principal, Bill Conway, has extensive experience in the Healthcare IT space, leading teams of various sizes and driving corporate leading engagement scores while overperforming on key business results.
We specialize in providing a common sense approach informed by executive experience with private equity, public and start up environments. We tailor our engagment to the unique challenges faced at any given time in your corporate journey. Generally, an engagement partners with the Executive team to asess current state, assist in diagnosing challenges and their root causes and guiding the implementation of solutions.
Occasionally, we have preformed smaller engagements such as individual coaching/mentoring, presentation creation including delivery coaching or even private engagements such as personal speeches (e.g. wedding toasts)
